During a conversation about the relocation of the water heater, the contractor mentioned another un-discussed design change. Now instead of a laundry closet where the washer and dryer were going to be stacked; the units will be side by side with a counter on top. I told him had an issue with the design, because I didn’t want people in the living room staring at a washer and dryer. He said, the units will be in a cabinet. Requested to see cabinets and countertops, so I can send my written approval.
