At Interiors by Terrell, your satisfaction matters to us. We stand behind everything we create and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please read our refund policy below so you know exactly what to expect.
Digital Products
Because digital products — such as planners, design guides, and downloadable tools — are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
We do not offer refunds on digital products except in the following situations:

You were charged but never received access to your download.

The file is corrupted, incomplete, or not as described.

A duplicate charge was made in error.
If any of the above apply, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@interiorsbyterrell.com with your order details and we will make it right.
Design Lounge Membership
Membership subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future charges.

Cancellations: You can cancel anytime through your account settings. Your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a membership period.

Exceptions: If you were charged after cancellation due to a technical error, contact us and we will issue a full refund for that charge.
Physical Products (Coming Soon)
When physical products become available, the following refund terms will apply:

Return Window: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Online Courses (Coming Soon)
When online courses become available, the following refund terms will apply:

Refund Window: Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase and before completing more than 20% of the course content will be honored.

No Refunds After Access: Once a significant portion of course content has been viewed, refunds will not be issued.

Technical Issues: If you experience a technical problem preventing course access, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
