At Interiors by Terrell, we’re passionate about helping you create a home you love — and we’re working on structured programs and courses to guide you every step of the way. This policy outlines how our Online Programs work, what you can expect, and the terms that apply to your enrollment.

Enrollment

When programs become available, enrollment will work as follows:

 

  • Open Enrollment: Some programs will be available for enrollment at any time.

  • Cohort-Based Programs: Some programs may run in scheduled cohorts with set start and end dates. Enrollment windows will be announced in advance.

  • Instant Access: Upon enrollment and payment, you will receive immediate access to your program materials.

  • Account Required: You will need a free Interiors by Terrell account to enroll in and access programs.

 

Access & Availability

 

  • Program Access Duration: Access duration will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Some programs offer lifetime access; others may be time-limited.

  • Self-Paced Learning: Most programs are self-paced, allowing you to learn on your own schedule.

  • Device Access: Programs can be accessed on any internet-connected device.

  • Updates: We may update program content from time to time to keep it fresh and relevant. Enrolled participants will benefit from any updates.

 

Payments & Pricing

 

  • Pricing: Program pricing will be clearly displayed at the time of enrollment.

  • Payment Plans: Payment plan options may be available for select programs.

  • Member Discounts: Design Lounge members may be eligible for exclusive discounts on programs.

  • Secure Checkout: All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

 

Refunds

Refund requests for online programs will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy. As a general guideline:

 

  • Refund Window: Requests made within 7 days of purchase and before completing more than 20% of program content will be considered.

  • No Refunds After Significant Access: Once a significant portion of content has been viewed or downloaded, refunds will not be issued.

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access your program due to a technical error on our end, we will resolve the issue promptly or issue a full refund.

 

Intellectual Property

All program content — including videos, guides, worksheets, and materials — is the original work of Interiors by Terrell and is protected by copyright law.

 

  • Personal Use Only: Program materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

  • No Reproduction: You may not reproduce, copy, or republish any program content without written permission from Interiors by Terrell.

 

Code of Conduct

We want our programs to be a positive, inclusive, and inspiring experience for everyone. By enrolling, you agree to:

 

  • Treat fellow participants and instructors with kindness and respect.

  • Refrain from sharing or distributing program content without permission.

  • Use program materials for personal growth and home design purposes only.

 

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if these standards are not upheld.
