Booking Policy

Thank you for your interest in working with Interiors by Terrell! We’re so excited to help you create a space you absolutely love. Please read our booking policy below so you know what to expect when connecting with us.

 

How to Book (Current Process)

Online booking is not yet available, but we’d love to hear from you! Currently, all inquiries and bookings are handled directly via email.

 

To get started, simply reach out to us at info@interiorsbyterrell.com with the following information:

 

  • Your name and contact information

  • A brief description of your project or what you’re looking to accomplish

  • Your preferred timeline or any upcoming deadlines

  • Any inspiration images, style preferences, or budget considerations (optional but helpful!)

 

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2–3 business days.

 

Online Booking (Coming Soon)

We’re working on making it even easier to connect with us! When online booking becomes available, here’s how it will work:

 

  • Select a Service: Choose from available consultation or design service options.

  • Choose a Time: Pick a date and time that works best for you from our live availability calendar.

  • Confirm Your Booking: Complete a short intake form and receive an instant confirmation via email.

  • Deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.

 

  • Cancellations with 48+ hours notice: No charge. We’ll happily reschedule or issue a refund of any deposit paid.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: Deposits may be non-refundable. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible.

  • No-shows: Appointments not attended without notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and a rebooking fee.

 

What to Expect After Booking

Once your booking is confirmed, here’s what happens next:

 

  • Confirmation Email: You’ll receive a confirmation with all the details of your appointment.

  • Intake Questionnaire: We may send a short questionnaire to help us prepare and make the most of your session.

  • Reminder: A friendly reminder will be sent 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Your Session: Come ready to chat about your space, your style, and your vision. We’re here to help!
