Terms & Conditions for Online Design Services:

Online Design is an online decorating consultation service only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your space and not intended for construction purposes.

Client agrees to provide full information regarding the Client’s requirements for the Project.

Interiors by Terrell is an online interior design firm only therefore Online Design Clients agree to correspond strictly through online communication via email.

Interiors by Terrell will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery & installation, or safety precautions in connection with the Online Design project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any, subcontractor, supplier or other person performing the work on the E- Design project; or, for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.

Interiors by Terrell cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for the Online Design project.

Online Design clients must agree to these terms by completing the online “Design Questionnaire” under the Online Design tab before starting any and all Online Design services.

Online Service Refunds Policy

Interiors by Terrell strives to provide outstanding service to each of our clients and it’s our goal is to make every effort to create a product that you will be happy with. Online Design services are non-refundable due to the nature of the work. We understand at times it may be necessary to provide a re-select if an item becomes discontinued. We review your design questionnaire and make every effort to provide you the very best service based off of your answers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a service, just contact us and we will work with you.
