Black Friday and there were fabulous appliance deals from a big box store. I ordered six appliances, mid-range in price, all for under $5,000. Happy with purchase. Not happy with the delivery. It took five round trips, which took four hours each time. They said they delivered items when they hadn’t. One time they said we weren’t home so they couldn’t deliver, not true we were there. I made the two-hour drive to the home for a morning delivery only to be told they couldn’t make the delivery. On one of the trips we called the store and they said the delivery was scheduled for that day, but no delivery. We finally got all of the items on January 5, 2019. Then, I had an issue with the rebate center and did not receive all of the advertised rebates because of the delay.
